This includes everything you need for digiscoping with the Impact system: An eyepiece adapter, phone adapter, adhesive phone block, alignment tool and (optional) lens cover. Just pick your optic and which color you want.
You may also want to buy a spare phone case if you don’t want to have the block on your regular phone case full time. The block is semi-permanently attached to the case, it can be pried off but the adhesive will be damaged.
