Q: Are there any limitations on which optics you can make an adapter for?

A: Currently, I can't make adapters for optics with a floppy rubber eye relief. The adapter needs to bottom our on something and that type of eye relief doesn't have enough structure to it.

Q: Are there any limitations on which phone or case I can use?

A: The adapter will work on any phone with a flat back. It will work with most phone cases, the exception being cases with fabric backs and cases that are very flexible rubber on the outside. Those cases will either not stick to the magnetic block or won't be rigid enough to consistently align the phone with the optic.

Q: What's the deal with all the different phone block versions?

A: There are two categories of phone blocks: Stick-on and Magsafe. The stick-on versions get semi-permanently attached to your phone case (or a spare phone case if you don't want it on there all the time). The MagSafe versions use the built-in MagSafe magnets to attach to your phone. For the stick-on version, the universal block will allow you to align the adapter with one lens on any phone. The phone-specific stick-on blocks are for phones that have a telephoto lens in addition to the general use 1x lens and allow alignment to both lenses.  All of the MagSafe blocks are phone-specific because every phone puts the lenses and MagSafe array in a different spot. The MagSafe blocks for phones with a telephoto lens will allow alignment with both the telephoto and regular lens. MagSafe blocks for phones without a telephoto lens will align with just the 1x lens.

A: In the event that your package was stolen, please work with your local delivery service, local law enforcement, or another community resource to help track your stolen property. We are a small, garage business and we cannot hold ourselves responsible for the action of others.
